Stellar Trace

Stellar Trace is a 30 Acre mixed-use medium density Transit Oriented Development project, located in Rohnert Park, CA. Douglas Architects was hired by the Developer for the project, Laulima Development, to provide planning and design services for the central square of the development.

Located on a semi-suburban site and working closely with City leadership, consideration was given to transforming the site into a creative urban development that includes ad mixed-used program of retail, office, housing, hotel and a transit station. Planning materials created by Douglas Architects are being used by the developer to market the project to potential tenants and investors. The project was scheduled to be completed in 2020.
