1320 E. Houston is a 7,000-sq. ft., mixed-use redevelopment located on San Antonio’s near East Side. In 2013, Mesa Blanca, LLC purchased the property and the back portion of the building was renovated for Douglas Architect’s corporate offices. Douglas Architects has since completed a master plan development concept that includes office and light retail.
The design concept is centered on an urban loft theme with contemporary details/materials juxtaposed against the historic design/details of the 1947 structure. The exterior master plan includes facade upgrades, new exterior court spaces, landscaping and lighting enhancements.
