Guasti Office Building
The Guasti Office Building Project is a part of a 50 acre, mixed-use development located in Ontario, California, offering retail, restaurant, entertainment and office space. Founded in 1904, Guasti was once a self-sufficient community and the world’s largest contiguous vineyard, composed of over 5,000 acres.
The Office Building 1 is situated in the heart of the Guasti development and is a 110,00s.f. LEED Silver, office building which utilizes an elegant Ipe Wood shading structure. The building’s three other sides are a customized tilt wall system with a low overhanging roof. The lobby’s interiors are open with exposed glue lam beams sophisticatedly coordinated with the exposed HVAC.
