The potential redevelopment of the Wells Fargo building in downtown Seguin is being called a game changer for the community. The Seguin City Council on Tuesday receieved an update on the city’s plan to partner with a developer to create what would be a major addition to the downtown historic district. The city agreed to purchase the building for $2.5 million last year, and officially closed on the property earlier this year.
