Located in New Braunfels, this infill development incorporates traditional Central Texas materials of brick masonry, limestone, metal panel, wood, and glass. The design is responsive to the pedestrian experience with an enhanced street scape that incorporates wide sidewalks with pavers, terrace seating, varied landscaping, and lighting. Large glass storefronts protected by metal canopies provide transparency to retail spaces and upper levels contain punched opening with balconies.
Inspired by the New Braunfels tradition of art murals, the project incorporates these features on the building façade and select interior spaces.
The overall program consists of 12,000 square feet of street retail, 4,000 square feet of amenity space and 48,000 square feet of multifamily units. The estimated construction cost is $12 million.
