A 30-acre mixed-use Transit Oriented Development, Rohnert Station is located in Rohnert Park, CA. Planning services provided by Douglas Architects included the development’s central quad.
The proposed creative urban center is a transformation of a semi-suburban site which when complete will include retail, office, housing, hotel, and a transit station. Potential tenants and investors will be provided planning/marketing materials created by Douglas Architects. Completion of the project is scheduled for 2020.
